Felili Rincon, founder of Family Spectrum, offers one on one consultation and advocacy to professionals, parents and caregivers looking for guidance on issues such as supporting their child’s unique development, navigating services and the school system, and advocating for what your child needs to thrive.

She believes in an individualized and compassionate approach that empowers parents with an understanding their child’s strengths, areas of needed support, and the tools to advocate for their child’s right to a self-determined life.

About Felili Rincon

Felili Rincon, MS is a child development specialist and a neurodivergent parent of two children. She started Family Spectrum in order to provide families access to critical information about autism and the neurodiversity paradigm that she did not have access to when her child received an autism diagnosis around the age of two.

Committed to helping families process and understand how to best support their child holistically, she understands the diversity of challenges caregivers face emotionally, socially, and systemically.
